The staff in the bar were amazing and very attentive. Very gracious and friendly. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were unavailable. People were waiting for a period of time to have someone from the kitties come out so they could request an omelet. The waiter disappeared while we were having breakfast. It was especially heartbreaking to see one of our military personnel waiting for a long while to be served. He eventually got up from his table and poured himself his own coffee and water. Very very disappointing.

nice property good rooms and hotel lobby staff has been great both stays. Jessica checked us in and was very pleasant and calm considering the hotels computer had gone down and was working with support to get back up and running. the morning desk gal was also a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name though. our only dislike of the property was the waitress / food service at the hotel bar. we had been there the previous week, no issues. the 2nd time was so terrible. plenty of staff and not busy at all. talked to Jessica at the front desk about this and they made it right. I probably would not go to the restaurant again, but I would recommend the hotel otherwise.

We had a late check in the evening time receptionist was amazing she was super sweet super kind help me get both of our room set up for a small children They had to set up in separate rooms but she changed us to conjoining rooms which was amazing she definitely needs a raise she was a great. The beds are super comfortable clean bathrooms clean linens. Gym and pool is open late at night. They also have a restaurant on site that has breakfast in the morning time full buffet $15 a person it is worth it.

Oh, the breakfast was wonderful, so were the free beers and the lounge. We had an interior room and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I love the pool area and can't wait to come during warmer weather.

I love that the room was clean and a little spacious it was also equipped with things we needed as well as the outside at the pool and bar. The room had a lot of comfort.

The pool area made it so relaxing with this humidity and heat palm trees and water fall was something extra

I enjoyed the idea of having a business section for guest staying for business purposes. I like having my room access being inside other locked doors. And being on the ground floor.

Property was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent all around. Breakfast buffet and Hotel bar were great. Definitely going to stay again when we are in the area!

The breakfast was the best! The food was freshly prepared. The bacon, eggs, biscuits and mexican dishes were all excellent. Omelets were also an option.
